Dr. Beard is a firm believer that the power that made the body heals the body and exercise is the best medicine. During his tenure at Valdosta State University, he learned how proper diet and exercise can solve and/or diminish many health issues that plague our society. This is where chiropractic made sense. Chiropractic simply allows our body to function as efficiently as possible so we can exercise, heal, and live as healthy as possible.
