WELCOME NEW PATIENTS! What should you expect on your first visit to our offices? Your first visit is for us to find out if we can benefit your problem. All our new patients fill out a treatment agreement, case history form and patient symptom form explaining the purpose of the visit and why the appointment was made. You may also view our privacy policy here. A doctor will ask questions and perform some range of motion and strength tests. An x-ray is taken in a standing (weightbearing) position. All our treatment decisions are based on this information. If we feel we can help you — we’ll tell you so and try to give you an idea how long it will take and what it will cost. We’ll also keep you informed of what you should and should not do to assist us in making you feel better. We make a written report to you with a treatment recommendation. If we feel we can’t help your problem, we’ll tell you that, too.. ,and tell you who to see next! |
